In individual therapy , a client develops a trusting relationship and works one-on-one with a therapist. In a safe, non-judgmental and confidential environment, you explore and identify the causative factors contributing to your current struggles, gain a new perspective to a situation that you feel stuck in, and develop solutions and strategies to manage the source of your struggles effectively. Individual therapy will also support you through self-realization and personality development.
