Building a Positive Self-Concept: Activities designed to foster a strong, positive self-image. Critical Thinking Skills: Develop and apply critical thinking skills to everyday challenges. Problem-Solving and Decision Making: Reflective strategies for effective problem-solving and decision-making. Stress Management Techniques: Tools to manage and reduce stress through reflective practices. Building Resilient Relationships: Enhance communication and empathy skills for better relationships.
